Alexandra: if you want your grandmother to be save.....and want me to pay the bill behalf of you.......(He roams his finger on her arm) You're coming with me...."

Sarah hesitate, his smirk got wilder as he spoke

Alexandra:"Choice is all yours, love.."

She got blanked out she doesn't know what to do? On one hand her grandmother is suffering from health issues, admit in the hospital, and she doesn't have any money to pay the bill, and on the other hand Alexander helping her but at what cost....

Alexandra is Sarah's ex boyfriends they have been broken up due to some misunderstanding between them which created distance between them as it's turns out into the massive argument which caused them both to broke up.

After 2 years

Sarah rushed into the hospital searching for her grandmother , one of her neighbour confirm her that her grandmother was black out and he take her in the hospital, sarah opened one of the room door, just to found her grandmother laying on a bed wearing a oxygen marks looking pale as night moon.

Sarah immediately rushed in the room,as tears made their way out of her eyes after seeing her beloved one laying on a bed, she knees down beside bed and took her hand in hers , tears rolling down from her eyes continuously, her hands were shaking , she spoke in a cracking voice

Sarah : "grand...grandma....wake up.... please..... Y..you can't do..this to me.....I... I'll.. never disobey you.... just...just please... open your eyes....talk to me.... please... Grandma..."

When she is crying and begging to her grandmother to open her eyes, a young man entered the room wearing a dr. Coat, sarah looked up at him and got shock

Sarah : " al....ale... Alexandra!!"
